The Shane Foundation projects are focused on working with our partners to improve the communities where we do business.
We work with local government entities, nonprofit organizations and local businesses to collaborate on neighborhood beautification, community development, and workforce development, enabling us to collectively lift up community members and enrich economic development.
Each transformational project we undertake is classified as an Initiative. Our first Initiative is in California in the Watts Community of Los Angeles.
